Inspired by the quest for Flow, of the personal and collective spirit: Our mission is to inspire a flourishing relationship of body and mind in communities around the world, through a variety of formats and in ever-evolving ecosystem of students, teachers, ideas, brands and resources.
ANYTHING can be “YOGA”, whether it’s cooking, gardening, washing dishes, or.. playing football. Yoga is how we do something, not what we do.
Yoga means "union" (Sanskrit) of body, mind, and soul. Joga Bonito means "the Beautiful Game" (Portuguese) - describing the Brazilian style of playing football beautifully inspired by joy, passion, and creativity.
